proposed contracts, and I am to say
that before considering the applica-
tion of the Company that they should
be allowed to augment the amount of
their tenders by £175 per station,
Mr. Harcourt desires you to ask
the Company whether, in view of the
proceedings which have been commenced
against them, they are still prepared
to carry out the contracts.
3. In any case with regard to
the proposed station at Barbados
I am to say that the Colonial Govern-
ment he authorised the acceptance of
